Most of my inspiration comes from day-to-day life, which I capture and sketch in my handbook. I always carry art materials wherever I go. Nowadays, I find inspiration in the work of fellow artists online and collect their sketches. Some of these sketches/collections compel me to develop them into drawings at my workspace. I love pencil sketches, with Graphite and pastel pencils being the primary medium for most of my works. I enjoy using watercolors, charcoal, and dry pastels as they are also among my favorite mediums. Now I am an artist because my school teachers recognized my skills, supported me, and encouraged me to continue. Obviously, with the continued support of my family, I am able to pursue my passion.

I have been teaching Art classes for kids since 2008. Working with young minds makes me feel young, creative, and energetic. I have learned a lot from their perspectives. Unlike older minds, which can be narrow and preconceived, children speak their thoughts openly, providing me with different perspectives that I had never considered before.

I have completed my Master’s in Commerce and hold a Diploma in Fine Arts. I worked as an accountant for five years before transitioning to my current role as a Digital Marketing Manager in a software company. I am currently focusing on enhancing my skills in the digital realm, including marketing design, website design, product design, and more. I am making every effort to strike a balance between my passion and my profession.

My Favourite Art Mediums

Art is all about exploration! I love working with different mediums to create unique effects and emotions. I enjoy the depth and shading of graphite pencils, the soft textures of pastels, the fluid charm of watercolors, the expressive strokes of acrylic paint, and the striking boldness of poster colors. Each medium helps me tell a different story.
